Quick-Change Association for Educational Promotion, Livelihood Development and Awareness (QAFELA) was established in 2009 and registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Charity Commission Act, 2019, and the Federal Board of Revenue FBR, Pakistan
(Under Section 181C of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001).

QAFELA is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through quality education, accessible healthcare, climate resilience, women’s empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and humanitarian assistance. With a strong focus on inclusive and sustainable development, we empower individuals and communities to overcome challenges and build a better future.
As part of our commitment to strengthening the education sector, QAFELA is implementing a 10-year Government Primary Schools Outsourcing Project in the districts of Swat and Buner, aimed at enhancing learning outcomes and expanding access to quality education.
